As an Easy Travel Insurance policy holder you have access to round the clock travel emergency assistance.
You should call for assistance immediately if you:
- Are admitted to the hospital or if you anticipate your expenses will exceed $500
- Require an English speaking doctor.
- Need help with lost or stolen travel documents including passports.
- Are in need of legal assistance.
When you or a person representing you (if you are unable to contact us in person) calls, please have your travel insurance policy number and a call back number ready.

You can get emergency assistance and lots more useful features to help you keep travelling or get home safely by using our app.
Download our app from your Android or iOS App Store before you leave or while you are away, add your email address linked to your policy number to log in and receive notifications or updates specific for your destination/location.
