Comprehensive International and Domestic Group Cover

Travel is sensational solo, fabulous with family or friends but grander in groups, so whether you are family going off together for a celebration or reunion, a community or educational group heading out to explore on a field trip, a club or sporting team going on a topical pilgrimage or a group of friends or colleagues off for some team bonding, we know that if you are part of a group, you expect a discount.

After all, if you can get a group, any group, organised for a trip you actually deserve a discount!!

That’s why if you’re travelling as part of a group of ten or more premium paying travellers on the same itinerary, we can make sure you are all protected on one policy. Whether one person becomes sick or the whole group misses a connection, we’ve got it sorted.

We can cater for any group size for travel within Australia or to international destinations provided there are a minimum of 10 or more travellers up to 69 years of age.

If you have smaller numbers of travellers or any who are a little more senior, we can still offer cover, and we would love to hear from you to help get your group travel protected no matter what the size of group or reason for travel.

To get a quote for group cover we will require the following information –

• Your travel dates – the day your group leaves home and the date your group return home
• Your destination(s) – the country or countries where most of your group’s time will be spent
• The dates of birth of all travellers – age affects the premium, so we need this for ALL travellers
• And the $amount of cancellation cover required to cover the trip cost for each traveller or the group as a whole

Quotes for groups are not available online and so we will need you to send this information to us at info@easytravelinsurance.com.au so we can apply the special group pricing. When all the required information is received by our Group Travel Insurance specialist team, generally, quotes will be sent by return, within an hour or two, on business days.
