Each and every school in every state of Australia is responsible for the safety of students and teachers but the insurances that are carried to protect your children in the school and playground usually do not extend to external trips and activities. This means if your children are heading out on one of the many school organised trips to the zoo, museums, art centres, Parliament House, bushwalking, skiing or other outdoor activities they need the protection of a group travel plan bought to you by Easy Travel Insurance.

You can obtain a quote for your school trip by sending the trip details, including destination, dates of travel, the ages or dates of birth of all travellers – travellers ages are a factor that affects pricing for your group and so we need the ages or dates of birth for all students and adults requiring cover – along with your expected trip costs for cancellation cover, to Easy Travel Insurance and we will send you pricing and all the information you need to secure quick and easy cover and real peace of mind for your group travel.
Note: For group travel policies there is a minimum group size of 10 students and/or adults. Group pricing is only available direct from our group travel team.

Payment for group cover policies can be made with most credit or debit cards, or if there is sufficient leadtime for getting a policy in place before your departure date we can also provide payment details for EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) However, please note travel cover is not provided until payment is received at Easy Travel Insurance and so very often card payments are the safest option to ensure your group is covered in a timely fashion.
When your policy is in place, you will be allocated a group specialist who will be able to help with enquiries (school admin, parents, teachers etc), changes or amendments and will ensure your experience is as stress free as you deserve!
